For some years we have looked at the possibility of an Elmet Heritage Centre. Somewhere where interested parties could see displays portraying the past 2000 years of Elmet's history. A dream only perhaps, but we may be about to take the first step.
No details can be given at this time, nor possibly for some time, but if anyone out there would wish to be involved, in whatever large or small way, then please contact me via a personal message on this forum.
Early days as yet but there is a good chance that we may see the region portrayed to the public as the tremendously historical place that it is.
